Getting your finances in order is next, so we know how to properly strategize our home search. If you are planning on financing you'll need to get connected with a lender to budget and obtain a pre-approval. If you are not financing we will need to get a copy of your proof of funds to show that the money readily available.
After we have the financial plan on lock - the home search begins! During our initial conversations it would be great to understand your schedule and what days/times typically work best for you to tour. We will have a home search setup for you but of course feel free to send me any other homes that grab your attention.
We've been touring homes, and you found the one! It is time to submit an offer! We will walk through together what you would like your offer terms to be and then I will send you the documents to review and sign electronically. When completed, I will deliver the offer to the Listing Broker for them to present to the Seller. The seller can accept, counter offer, or decline. Either way, I will be there to help guide you every step of the way.
Mutual Acceptance happens when both parties have agreed and signed the documents, this is when we will be PENDING!! Depending on the contract terms there will be many details to navigate which I am prepared to help you through. I will be there with you every step of the way to closing day and beyond.
